Dalam keterangan tertulisnya kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (14/7/2014), Corporate Secretary Surya Citra Media Hardijanti Saroso mengungkapkan jika kepemilikan Emtek di SCMA berkurang sebesar 2,22 persen. Awalnya, Emtek memiliki 10,5 miliar lembar saham. Jumlah ini setara dengan 71,92 persen dari total saham SCMA yang beredar. Selanjutnya, porsi saham Emtek di SCMA berkurang menjadi 10,2 miliar lembar saham. Setara dengan 69,7 persen.
